Yudal is the name Satsuki inherited from her late mother. She is a Ghu’Dharan, a child of a man and a demon from the Outer Planes. Ghu’Dharan are seen as a blasphemy by the Powers of the Darkness and they actively pursue and kill them. The dark powers see them as a threat because the Ghu’Dharan usually are more inclined to follow their human side than their dark side.

For many years Satsuki did not know about her legacy, and only discovered it by accident. She also carries the mark of a Ghu’Dharan, a small symbol on her neck.

Being half woman and half demon, Satsuki has stronger not so natural powers than other agents in S.T.E.A.L. She is also able to change her appearance into the one of a demon from the Outer Planes, however the effort drains her energies quickly, because of resistance from her human side. Foreseeing an encouter with Yumiko, Satsuki has been training extensively to keep in her demon form for longer periods of time.
